Raquel Britzke, RD, BSc, PG, PT

Raquel is an experienced Registered Dietitian, Sports Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. She works exclusively coaching her clients to lose weight, improve their fitness and general health and to gain muscle mass. She has graduated at the renowned Unicentro in Brazil and then moved to the UK in 2009 where she completed a Post-Graduation in Sports Nutrition within the International Olympics Committee. Her passion is to change people's lives much further than just changing their diets.

Lucia Braz, RD, MSc, PhD (currently)

Lucia Braz has extensive experience as a nutritional therapist covering a variety of health conditions. Lucia has obtained this experience after having achieved a BSc Honours Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and becoming a member of the Federation of Nutrition Therapy Practitioners (FNTP) and the British Dietetic Association (BDA). During her career, she has developed an interest in gut health, diabetes, supplementation, metabolism, appetite regulation and weight loss. In 2014, Lucia started working as a Research Associate at Imperial College London in the department of Metabolic Medicine. This experience has allowed her to research the effect of different diets on appetite regulation and weight management in controlled clinical trials, bringing great insight into human metabolism - Lucia is specialised in the Paleo and Low carb/ Ketogenic lifestyle and has successfully treated many patients at the clinic. Currently, she is undertaking a PhD degree in Nutrition and Gut Health at Imperial College London - training on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and general gut health.
She is confident and ambitious in providing private nutritional counselling to promote general wellness and in treating a wide range of nutritional-related diseases.

Karline Porter, BSc, PG

Karline Porter is a nutritionist, who is passionate about healthy eating and wellbeing. Karline developed an interest in weight loss and people’s behaviour towards eating before enrolling at university. She graduated in 2013 at St. Mary’s University Twickenham, UK with a BSc Honours degree in Nutrition and obtained her registration as an Associate Nutritionist from the Association for Nutrition. She is currently taking a postgraduate course in dietetics. Her main aim is to educate people to eat well through real food using science-based nutrition with a key focus on weight loss and sports nutrition. During her career, she has developed an interest in motivating people to make small changes in their life to achieve their goals. Karline has experience in a clinical setting for weight loss in designing personalised meal plans for weight management. Her meal plans are a variety of tasty foods and recipes with a realistic approach based on each individual’s main goal, lifestyle, budget, food intolerances and food preferences. She also has experience working as a nutritionist at the World Cancer Research Fund-UK (WCRF-UK) analysing children’s recipes; making suggestions and developing a weight diary for health professionals; making recommendations that incorporate WCRF’s key message around weight; writing articles for parents’ magazine about healthy eating; researching and suggesting recipe ideas for their newsletter (making and tasting the recipe), others. Karline is very dedicated to her clients and she is very committed to her profession. She is always seeking for personal development by enrolling in short courses, conferences and update science.

Camilla Dalla Stella, RD, MSc

 Camilla is a passionate nutritionist and she loves to spread healthy habits to all her clients. She is a registered dietitian in the UK (HCPC) and in Brazil (CFN8). She graduated in 2005 in Brazil and she is specialized in clinical, enteral and parenteral nutrition since 2007. Her master's degree is in Metabolic Physiology in Barcelona, Spain, in 2009 and she specialized in Weight Loss Surgery in 2012 in New York, USA. Camilla has experience as a dietitian for over 12 years in clinical nutrition and hospital environment, outpatient care and home-care. She was the head of the Department of Nutrition in Weight Loss Surgery for 3 years in Santa Casa de Misericórdia hospital in Curitiba, Brazil. She is knowledgeable in pathological treatments with chronic patients. Her goal is to give a chance for the individual to create healthy living habits and a good quality of life. She is specialized in Obesity and Weight Loss and related diseases as diabetes, high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, gastrointestinal diseases, such as Crohn's disease, short bowel syndrome, reflux oesophagus, acute gastritis and chronic ulcers, oesophagal ulcers, hepatic steatosis, Pandreatite acute & chronic, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, phenylketonuria, leukaemia, anaemia, peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis, among others. Camilla takes care of pre and post-operative care in bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery). She has experience of the individual's preparation for the operation, and also in postoperative follow-up.

Vanusa Novaes , BSc, ANut

Vanusa is a Registered Associate Nutritionist graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster, London, graduated in 2019 with First Class Honours. She has a particular interest in digestive, hormonal and brain health. Her final year research project investigated the impact of different nutritional metabolic states on a variety of health conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease and depression. She is extremely passionate about food, health, people and science. Her mission is to help people heal their bodies and avoid a wide array of disorders and illness by focusing on supporting a healthy lifestyle that can be achieved not only by food choices but mainly through self-care, health consciousness and self-awareness. Her passion is to inspire and support people to change their lifestyle simply by eating real food without deprivation. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer working with clients to improve their health and fitness. She believes that combining a healthy diet and exercise is the best strategy for improving healthspan.

Keila Mocianski, BSc, MSc

Keila is a nutritionist passionate about functional nutrition and weight loss, has experience as a nutritionist for over 7 years, graduated in Nutrition in Brazil, registered at CRN8, where she worked with food for the community and nutrition in geriatrics. She is a member of the Federation of Nutrition Therapy Practitioners (FNTP). She has a master's degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science at State University of Milan-Italy, where she developed an interest in the Mediterranean diet and functional nutrition. She worked on a research project in Spain, at Miguel Hernandez University, where she researched the composition of food sold in the Spanish market and published an article in International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. She is Certified Sports nutrition Specialist (Portugal) and Nutritional Coach and Neurocoach applied to nutrition (ACN-BR). She studied and lived in different countries in recent years, experiencing the local food and culture. She took several refresher courses such as, Obesity and inflammation, Microbiota and health, Efficient diets and strategies, Phytotherapy, Functional nutrition applied to weight loss. Her main objective is to teach people how to eat in a balanced and conscious way, including functional foods, with a main focus on healthy weight loss and sports nutrition.

Maria Alessia Perez, BSc

Maria is a Dietitian with experience in the clinical field after working as the Director of the Nutrition Department for Beechtree Center for Rehabilitation in Ithaca NY. She delivered excellent nutrition care to patients diagnosed with malnutrition, CKD, Diabetes, Renal failure, CVA, Dysphagia, Odynophagia, Anorexia, Celiac Disease, and other post-operative patients receiving enteral support. She was the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Leader (QAPI) and continues to improve herself in the area of quality care.She graduated with a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Navarra with an International Nutrition Certificate award as an honorary student. Maria has participated in many international research events including Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics Congress in Belgium, Envisioning a world without food waste and food poverty in Bilbao Spain, and was part of the research team Weight to Go at Cornell University, where she completed a literature review on the obesity epidemic. Her research experience was enriched by experts in the areas of obesity, internal and external control of eating behavior, and weight control. Maria was awarded her first Verification Statement at Cornell University after completing the Didactic Program in Dietetics (2017-2019). Recently she received the second Verification Statement from a Harvard University Sponsored Research Program and Dietetic Internship in Massachusetts (2020-2021). Currently Maria is acquiring her registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration in Boston, USA.

Yağmur Meryem Acar, BSc

Yagmur is extremely passionate about all aspects of health and nutrition. This passion has stretched throughout her last six years in the industry, back to and before her four year degree in nutrition and dietetics at Istanbul Science University (Florence Nightingale Hospital's University). Of particular note, Yagmur specialises in PCOS, IBS and a low FODMAP diet, PKU, eating disorders, allergies & intolerances alongside general wellness and a wide range of nutritional-related diseases. Yagmur has an in-depth understanding of the underlying complexities of eating disorders and the difficulties faced by individuals from a psychological & physiological perspective. She is an advocate of a plant based diet and believes strongly in the benefits of this protocol. Yagmur prides herself on providing a safe and supportive space for her clients, with compassion being at the forefront of her clinical approach. Driven by her passion of diversifying Nutrition and Dietetics, Yagmur takes pride in providing an individualised approach. This is achieved by focusing on her client's outcomes and specifically the factors that affect nutritional status therefore improving the quality of their life. To ensure that the client receives the most up to date and effective service, Yagmur invests her time heavily in developing her understanding of the cutting edge elements of diet and nutrition. Yagmur assists clients in a wide range of areas from weight management, increased energy levels or living a more healthy and vital life, to name a few whilst ensuring outcomes are achieved in a healthy and sustainable way. To maximise the impact of these measures, Yagmur leverages very specific key areas that will have an exponential impact on the client's outcomes. Yagmur appreciates that life long dietary and nutritional coaching is not the best fit for all of her clients. As a result understand the importance of educating clients in the building blocks required to continue the progress beyond her consultations. Yagmur believes that happiness and fulfilment in all areas of life stems from a healthy and vital body and mind. Rejane Britzke, Clinic Manager

Rejane Britzke is a health coach and Pharmacist graduated at the Paranaense University in 2011. She then completed a specialization in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences in 2012. She then worked in Brazil as Senior Pharmacist at a Pharmacy and Laboratory. Now, she works at Britzke Nutrition as Clinic Manager, where she supports clients and looks after the practise’s diary, manage staff, organize schedules and conducts examinations of food intolerance and other tests.
